Our
Mission & Values
At The Pool of Bethesda, our mission is to close the access gap in women’s health by connecting women to trusted local medical and wellness providers through education, community, and curated experiences.
We believe every woman deserves to feel informed, supported, and confident in her ability to understand and take ownership of her health. Rooted in compassion, integrity, and excellence, we are committed to creating spaces where women can ask real questions, receive credible guidance, and build meaningful relationships with both providers and one another. Through intentional programming and a growing national network, we are redefining what it means to prioritize women’s health—making it more accessible, more human, and deeply community-centered.
Meet Our Founder
Raised as the daughter of two pastors, Noa A. Mills learned early on the joy of serving others and found her purpose rooted in healthcare philanthropy-laying the foundation for a life committed to expanding access and uplifting communities. At just 20 years old, she passed mental health legislation in Delaware mandating mental health resources for students statewide. Since then, she has designed partnerships connecting over 7,500 families across the country to behavioral health insurance, and spent the past 8 years working within the medical field building strategic healthcare partnerships that expand access at scale. Following her TED Talk on the neuroscience of success and partnering with national brands like Michael Kors and Solidcore to raise funds for health-related causes her leadership has been recognized through her title as Miss Delaware USA at Miss USA, being named one of Delaware's Most Influential People by Yahoo News, and as an Aspen Health Fellow.Recognizing that the access and familiarity she had in navigating her own health was not the reality for most women, along with seeing the complex health ailments that directly effected her family and friends, Noa built The Pool of Bethesda to close the gap-connecting women to trusted local their direct resources, with plans to share her network, normalizing conversations around women's health, and ensuring no woman has to navigate her health alone doing it all through fun and exciting community connection.
